The Challenge
Traditional restaurant operations suffered from slow waiter response times, physical menu printing costs, ordering errors, lack of real-time kitchen visibility, and high app download friction for diners.
Our Solution
AiKodX engineered a high-performance Turborepo monorepo using Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, Socket.IO, and Google Gemini AI. Diners scan table-specific QR codes for contactless ordering, live dish tracking (Received → Preparing → Ready → Delivered), digital waiter calling, and AI culinary advice. Kitchen staff utilize a real-time KDS with sound alerts, while restaurant owners gain Recharts sales analytics, menu CRUD controls, and table QR code generators.
